Our Legal Notices, Plain and Public
This is the bantai77 legal corner — the page we point you to when you ask how our terms, account rules and jurisdiction wording actually read. We've kept...
How Our Policy Stack Is Written
Our legal pages are split into three readable layers: the account agreement you accept on sign-up, the privacy notice describing what we hold on your profile, and the regional clauses that explain where local law permits our lobby to be opened. Each clause is dated at the foot of the page so you can tell when wording shifted. We write in en-ID
English to match the rest of the brand, and we keep the document free of fine-print tricks — if a clause affects your account, it sits above the fold, not buried. Updates are pushed only after a quiet-period notice, and supported regions are listed explicitly so there's no guesswork about coverage.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
How We Keep These Pages Honest
Dated Clauses
Every section of our terms carries a revision date at the foot. If we tighten wording around withdrawals, account closure...
Plain-English Drafting
We draft clauses in readable en-ID English first, then have them checked for legal accuracy — not the other way...
Regional Honesty
Supported regions are named. Where local law permits access, we say so; where it doesn't, the lobby is closed rather...
Single Source
The terms you accept on sign-up and the terms shown here are the same file. We don't run a marketing...
Change Notices
Material updates to account terms are flagged on your next lobby visit, not buried in email. You see the change...
Independent Review
Our policy pages are reviewed by external counsel familiar with Indonesia-facing platforms. The review covers clarity, consumer fairness and the...
Consistency Across Our Policy Pages
What This Policy Page Looks Like
Anchored Table of Contents
A sticky list down the left edge lets you jump to account terms, privacy, regional clauses or contact paths. The anchor you tapped stays highlighted so you don't lose your place mid-clause.
Revision Footer
Each clause closes with the date it was last edited and a short note describing what moved. No silent edits — if wording shifted, the footer tells you when and why.
Glossary Tooltips
Terms like jurisdiction, settlement window or subject access carry a tap-to-expand explanation in en-ID English, so you don't need a second tab open to follow what a clause means.
Print-Friendly Layout
A clean print stylesheet renders the full policy stack onto paper without lobby chrome. Useful if you'd rather read offline or keep a dated copy for your own records.
Version Archive Link
At the foot of each policy you'll find a link to prior versions. We keep at least the two most recent so you can compare wording before and after any update.
Contact Strip
A fixed strip at the page base routes you to the policy inbox, the data-requests address and live chat's legal queue. One tap, no menu hunting, same wording on mobile and desktop.
